BIOGRAPHY:
Apostle of Solitude rose from the ashes of The Keep in August of 2004. Guitarist-Vocalist Chuck Brown, Drummer Corey Webb, and Bassist Brent Mclellan began rehearsing together and added second guitarist Paul Miller in January of 2005. After recording rehearsal tapes and circulating them in the Indianapolis metal underground, Paul Miller left the band in July 2005 and was replaced in September by Justin Avery. In October of 2005, the band recorded their first demo at Prana Studios with Gabe Harley.
In November 2005 they began gigging regularly in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas, and by March of 2006 Apostle of Solitude began to hit the road. October 2006 saw a short east coast tour with kindred brethren Elusive Travel. Late 2006 / early 2007 also saw the release of the band's second demo release, the EP "Embraced By The Black", recorded by "Metal" Mike downtown at the Engine Room Studios in Indianapolis.
The band is entering Russian Recording Studios in Nashville, Indiana this June to begin the recording process for the much-anticipated forthcoming debut full-length album to be released and distributed on the Eyes Like Snow label (Germany), a division of Northern Silence Productions. Stay tuned for the anticipated release date, album cover artwork, and other updates as they're available.
